In the year since we compiled the 2023 LATINO 100, much has changed. Quite simply, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) are under siege in corporate America. The reasons for this are primarily political, and it’s a topic we’ll continue to explore in the pages of this magazine. But whatever the outcome, it won’t change why America’s top companies actively recruit Latinos. A diverse workforce helps the bottom line, produces value for shareholders, and creates successful businesses. That’s the spirit in which we approached this project.

As in previous efforts, there was no survey or form for companies to fill out, and the list was compiled by our editors. Nominations were submitted both formally and informally by Latino nonprofits and

community organizations as well as our readers, partners and stakeholders. In January, we began contacting the companies on our initial list of 100. But if we were unable to reach the appropriate individual at a company to confirm the nomination, we did not include it. For this reason, we’ve listed less than we intended.

Below we present the 2024 LATINO 100, our list of the Best Places to Work for Latinos. We urge our readers to recognize these outstanding companies as well as their employees who partner with organizations such as LATINO Magazine and engage with our community. They’ll be honored at an awards ceremony in Washington, DC when this issue goes to press. ¡Gracias!

In the following pages, then, we present our 2024 LATINO Equity 100.  Many thanks to all those who helped us in this effort. The companies listed can be seen in our digital edition at
