Hosted in Chicago and other cities around the country, the BRAVA Awards honor Latina  trailblazers in a wide variety of fields. Recipients have included corporate executives, professionals, community leaders, elected officials, artists, writers and chefs. Awards are presented by corporate sponsors at either a luncheon or cocktail party setting in exclusive venues such as the University Club of Chicago.
